History

1999 – Dan Erickson starts his real state career at Coldwell Banker Port Angeles, WA

2000 – Dan becomes Vice President of CBU Port Angeles/Sequim, WA

2002 – Purchase of the CBU Sequim office/business and changed the name to TOWN & COUNTRY, which is then established as a CB franchise

2005 – TOWN & COUNTRY receives the CB Presidents Award of Honor (Top 10% production of CB Companies World Wide)

2009 – Office Upgrade: we move into our current location, Sequim , WA

2012 – De-franchise by dropping the CB name and continuing as TOWN & COUNTRY

2013 – Introduce our new business model leveraging video production and YouTube

2014 – Warren Miller Productions recognizes us as a finalist in a video competition for “Hometown Ski Hill” in a Hurricane Ridge Skiing –  Lifestyle  video

2015 – TOWN & COUNTRY Opens our new office in Port Angeles, WA

2016 – Dan Erickson receives authorization from Washington State as a certified clock hour instructor.

2017 – RedTop Marketing and Real Estate School is established as a spin off of TOWN & COUNTRY Approved by Washington State for continuing education

2017 – Redtop Marketing begins training brokers on the use of video marketing at the University of Washington and other locations

2018 – RedTop Marketing is hired to assist Seattle area brokerages with video marketing

2018 – TOWN & COUNTRY begins producing video for local public access Television

2018 – CRS, Council of Residential Specialist, hire Redtop Marketing to speak at the National Convention about the use of video marketing, Dallas, TX

2019 –  CRS, invites us to their national event for second year in a row to instruct on the use of video marketing for real estate, Las Vegas, NV
